Advisors' Opinion:- [By Aaron Levitt]
With fracking and advanced drilling techniques becoming the norm — both onshore and off — the firms that do all of that heavy lifting are set to win big over the longer term. And there are none bigger than Halliburton (HAL) and Schlumberger (SLB). Both remain the undisputed kingpins of fracking and oil services.

Where growth will come from
One area that Newell Rubbermaid still has to tap fully is emerging markets. The company has done a good job of expanding overseas, with 17% annual growth in Latin America. But with barely a quarter of its sales coming from outside the U.S. and Canada, the company has a lot further to go. Storage rival Tupperware (NYSE: TUP ) gets fully 60% of its total revenue from emerging markets, and it too has seen impressive gains in South America as well as the Asia-Pacific region. - [By James Brumley]
CSCO stock might be one of the market’s dark-horse stories of 2014; the dividend yield is the icing on the cake.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Dan Carroll]
That hasn't helped the industrial sector one bit, and the economically reliant industry has fallen on the day. Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT ) shares are down 1% so far today, while Alcoa (NYSE: AA ) has lost 1.1%. All is not lost for Caterpillar, as the company is still the leader in the downbeat manufacturing industry. The company's heavy focus on China and the Pacific recently will help Caterpillar withstand the worst of Europe's drain on industrial giants. Don't expect Caterpillar to turn its European operations around quickly, however -- particularly in the mining industry, which has particularly hurt this company's fortunes.
